Returns:
You may return unopened merchandise, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of your original purchase from our website. Upon receipt of your return, KCID will process a credit to your credit card less original shipping and handling, 25% restocking fee, and return freight.

Contact us to request a return authorization number. Please have your order number ready when you call or email us. Upon acceptance of your return request, a return authorization number will be issued via email. Please include the return authorization number on the package.
