Cancellations:
If you have placed an order and it has not yet shipped, you may cancel it by contacting our office at 1-604-795 0047 or admin@kcinteriordesign.ca (Mon-Thu 9am - 2pm PST)
Returns:
You may return unopened merchandise, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of your original purchase from our website. Upon receipt of your return, KCID will process a credit to your credit card less original shipping and handling, 25% restocking fee, and return freight.
To request a return:
Contact us to request a return authorization number. Please have your order number ready when you call or email. Upon acceptance of your return request, a return authorization number will be issued via email. Please include the return authorization number on the package.
shipping policy

KCID aims to ship your order within 3-5 business days of receipt. We do not ship goods on weekends and we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We also do not currently ship outside of Canada. Products are shipped FedEx Ground and will take approximately 10-15 business days.
Once tracking has been applied to an order, we are unable to cancel the order. Shipped orders will be subject to our return policy upon delivery.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. Items listed as available may become out of stock by the time your order is processed.
Order Confirmation:
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if an item is unavailable.

If a product is unavailable, we may suggest alternative products that meet your needs.
